Level-up Smoothie


One of the first two fruits that come to mind when picturing africa are coconuts and watermelons. Tropical goodness! Luckily this smoothie contains both. The level up smoothie is a signature smoothie that fires you up for the day’s activities. Rich in nutrients and minerals, this smoothie contains three of nature’s high-hydrating components in watermelon, cucumber and coconut water. You might want to leave in the seeds of the watermelon, which adds some crunch, and according to research, also has numerous benefits of its own!


  • Watermelon
  • Coconut water
  • Cucumber
  • Spinach


  • Cut watermelon and completely remove seeds
  • Break coconut and pour its water in a small bowl
  • Sieve the coconut water to remove particles
  • Slice cucumber and put in a plate
  • Rinse spinach and put in a plate
  • Put watermelon, cucumber and spinach in blender
  • Add coconut water and blend properly
  • Pour in a glass cup and enjoy!
