Cocoa Berry Smoothie



The cocoa berry smoothie is a yummy answer to a chocolate craving!  Thick, creamy, and full of flavor, this smoothie is filled with cocoa powder, grapes, yoghurt, and apple juice. The cocoa berry smoothie is good enough to pass for a healthy milkshake!

Enjoy this flavoured goodness as a pre- or post-workout drink, a healthy snack to quell sugar cravings, or even for breakfast!


  • Rich in anti-oxidants
  • Rich fibre content


  • Low fat yoghurt
  • Sweetened cocoa powder
  • Grapes
  • Strawberries
  • Apple juice


  1. Pour apple juice in a blender
  2. Add low fat yoghurt , grapes and sweetened cocoa powder
  3. Add strawberries
  4. Blend altogether until it is smooth
  5. Pour in a glass cup and enjoy!
