Cocoa Berry Smoothie


Fruits? Yes. With yoghurt? Yes. I know what’s next. What in the world is chocolate flavour looking for in this recipe. It works I promise. Imagine those big bars of chocolates, that come with fruits and raisins – you know the ones. Or how palm dates dipped in chocolate also works as a treat. If you have tried those and they worked, then this recipe is not much more different. It actually does work.

The cocoa berry smoothie is a 2-in-1 vibe. The sweet goodness of a cold chocolate drink with the fruity goodness of a  fruity smoothie. The cocoa berry smoothie is filling and satisfying – breakfast in a cup.

Enjoy this flavoured goodness as a pre- or post-workout drink, a healthy snack to quell sugar cravings, or even for breakfast!



  • Low fat yoghurt
  • Sweetened cocoa powder
  • Grapes
  • Strawberries
  • Apple juice


  • Pour apple juice in a blender
  • Add low fat yoghurt , grapes and sweetened cocoa powder
  • Add strawberries
  • Blend altogether until it smooth
  • Pour in a glass cup and enjoy!
