INGREDIENTS
- Mango
- Pineapple
- Green apple
- Orange
- Ginger
- Carrot
STEPS
- Wash mango, peel its back and cut in small bits
- Peel pineapple and dice in small bits
- Wash and cut green apple in small bits
- Peel orange, cut in two and extract juice
- Wash and blend carrot to extract its juice
- Pour in orange juice and carrot juice in blender
- Add mango, pineapple, ginger and green apple to the mix
