Mango Tango Smoothie

  • Mango
  • Pineapple
  • Green apple
  • Orange
  • Ginger
  • Carrot


  • Wash mango, peel skin and cut flesh out
  • Peel pineapple and dice in small bits
  • Wash and cut green apple in small bits
  • Peel orange, cut in two and extract juice
  • Wash and blend carrot to extract its juice
  • Pour in orange juice and carrot juice in blender
  • Add mango, pineapple, ginger and green apple to the mix
  • Blend altogether until smooth
  • Pour in a glass cup and enjoy.
