INGREDIENTS

  • Mango
  • Pineapple
  • Green apple
  • Orange
  • Ginger
  • Carrot

STEPS

  1. Wash mango, peel its back and cut in small bits
  2. Peel pineapple and dice in small bits
  3. Wash and cut green apple in small bits
  4. Peel orange, cut in two and extract juice
  5. Wash and blend carrot to extract its juice
  6. Pour in orange juice and carrot juice in blender
  7. Add mango, pineapple, ginger and green apple to the mix
  8. Blend altogether until it becomes smooth
  9. Pour in a glass cup and enjoy.
