INGREDIENTS

  • Pineapple
  • Cucumber
  • Ginger
  • Carrot juice

STEPS

  1. Blend carrots and set aside
  2. Peel pineapple and cut into sizeable chunks
  3. Cut cucumber in small bits
  4. Place pineapple, cucumber, ginger and place in a blender
  5. Add carrot juice and blend altogether
  6. Pour into a glass cup and enjoy!
