Flaxseeds: These are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, fiber and phytoestogens and all of these help in boosting heart health. Soak or grind flaxseeds before consuming them for maximum health benefits.
Exercise is good but having a near perfect diet leads to a healthy lifestyle and this reduces the risk of heart diseases.
