Chef Benedict is a hybrid of different cultures. Born Nigerian in London to grow in Italy, Chef Benedict Okuzu is a master of Italian Cuisine. With his formative years spent in the ancient city of Florence, Italy, Chef Ben is an alumni of the Carpigiani Gelato University and the Le Cordon Bleu Firenze (Scuola D’arte Culinaria Italiana).
His career as a chef began in 2013, and he has become a well known brand excelling at bespoke Italian dinners. Chef Ben has also that featured in several prominent Master classes, events and food-platforms across the nation.
